At Laasya Priya Silks, every saree is carefully packed and shipped with the same care with which it was woven. We understand that your drape is meant for a special moment, and we work to ensure it reaches you safely and on time.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
For bridal and high-value silk sarees, an additional quality check is performed before dispatch to ensure the weave, zari, and finishing meet our standards.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We offer secure, tracked shipping across India.

  • Delivery time: 4–7 working days
  • Express delivery (Andhra Pradesh & Telangana): 2–4 working days
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below this value (calculated at checkout)

All domestic orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, or equivalent premium couriers.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

PACKAGING

Your saree is wrapped in soft protective layers and placed in a sturdy box to maintain its form and finish. For bridal sarees and premium orders, we use gift-worthy packaging suitable for storage and presentation.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by:

  • Remote location access
  • Natural events or public holidays
  • High seasonal demand (festivals & wedding season)

In such cases, our team will keep you informed and assist you throughout.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing the order.
Laasya Priya Silks is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

DAMAGED PACKAGE IN TRANSIT

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

1. Record an unboxing video without pausing
2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
3. Share the video and order details via WhatsApp or email

We will review and arrange a suitable resolution.
